​           Free Food!
I walked into Supermac’s and I sat down. A woman came over and gave me a burger, “Sorry, I didn’t order this burger, you must have gave me the wrong one” I explained. “ No, that’s for you, hope you enjoy” she said happily and walked off before I could say anything. I thought to myself, ‘A free burger, what? How? What did I do to deserve this?’. So I started to eat the burger and then all of a sudden I heard a bang, I woke up, it was all a dream?! I wish I was in my dream again.

​            Exploring hidden creatures

Curiously, I explored my new home. Everything looked so different to what I imagined it to be. As I wandered through the spacious corridor, I took a bite out of my delicious cheeseburger. I admired the patterned walls around me. Unexpectedly, a pair of hands began to grow out of the wall beside me. My mouth dropped in amazement as the paper materialed hands reached out for me. Instantly, I threw my sandwich into its hands and watched it the ate as fast as a rocket shooting out into space. What other strange things were lurking in my new house?

​            Loss of appetite
One morning, I woke up and to my astonishment, my mam,dad and my sister were awake eating their breakfast and I asked my mam
“How come you’re all up so early”
“Because we’re all going to see The Fast Supper” she replied. We took the bus and soon we arrived at the museum were the sculpture was displayed. My dad pointed to the other room and shouted “ There it is”. We all rushed over to the sculpture and when I looked at it I saw two hands holding a burger which made me lose my appetite thinking how greasy it was.

​                The Strange Sculpture

As I was walking down the main busy street. I banged into a pole and I looked behind it and there was hands with a burger. The burger was made out of playdoh well thats what I think?. Loads of people were taking pictures of it because it was strange. Angrily, it didn't make me hungry because it didn't look that nice. Suddenly, I walked ahead because I was meeting up with my friends. We were coming back from shopping and I was with my friends and I showed them but they didn't know what it is and why it's there ?

​Dying of Starvation


“Are we nearly there yet?”, I moaned as we trudged down the street. “Oh, stop your whinging!”, snapped my mother. I stared at her in disbelief. I was dying of starvation, how could she not understand? My stomach growled hungrily. I started picturing great big scoops of ice-cream, all different flavours, packets of thick crunchy chips, heaps of mashed potato. Large juicy burgers with lettuce and mustard, heaping portions of turkey, roast duck, chicken…” Ughhh”,  I groaned. “Look, we’re here”, said Mother. I looked up. There, in front of us, was the glorious restaurant. “Yes”, I yelled as I jumped for joy.

​I was ravenous as I passed the window of delicious restaurants shelves of perfectly made delectable food sitting there asking me to eat them. I sprinted to the burger cafe where my friend was impatiently bearing a heavenly cheese burger I sprinted in skipping the queue starting a rowdy conversation with the man glued to his phone holding a brown basic briefcase obviously not recognising my hunger could he not see I was about to pass out. I ignored his yawn producing legal language when the woman started pasting paper to my hands and placed a burger right in front of my starving eyes this was no joke. So hungryyyyy!

My Invention

I was casually strolling on the footpath one day as something caught my eye. “It’s my invention!” I shouted as I was walking past the bin. I had worked super hard on that invention and someone just throws it in the trash! How dare they! That day I made that burger giving out napkins everyone loved it! I was very confused that they would throw it in the trash but, I was going to find out one way or another. If they want a war they’ll get a war!

The Man
There once was a man,
Who lived in a van.
He didn’t have a lot of money,
So his style was kinda funny.
I would always see him sitting at the steps near the beach,
He would always say the same little speech.
Along with that he ate his burger from the nearby shop,
And then sat at the bus stop.
He never actually went on the bus,
but he sat there for a chat with the people travelling.
I kind of felt sorry for him because he looked lonely,
He looked not only lonely but he looked happy too.
Each day I said hello to him and I also sometimes bought him his dinner.
I felt very happy when I did this so I hope to never stop.

​HEALTHY FOOD


There is a piece of artwork in my town
That makes everyone turn their frown upside down
It is opposite the food hall and when customers sit by the-wall
They see the artwork and stop eating their food
You see the statue is-hands holding a burger
The paper mache makes people-murmur
And then they through their unhealthy food in the bin
Now I don’t know what it is but something about that statue
Really makes you...
Feel uncomfortable and-be unable to eat your food
If you go downtown today
You may-simply say-hooray
When you see all the healthy food-that’s being-sold

​Me and my other friends were down town and we were really hungry. We were looking for a place to eat. We found that there was a kfc 1 mile away so we ran there. We ignored the burger king that was near where we came from but we ignored it because “it's burger king”. When we got there i ordered a burger and some chips. When i got my burger i thought it looked odd.it was made of clay and two hands made out of paper came out of the table and threw it everywhere.
Some kid called jimmy shouted “THE BURGER IS AGGRESSIVE!!!!!!!1!”. We left and went to a place that served pizza.
