The Interview
Sitting in that chair, waiting for the person in front of me to decide my future, is the most chilling thing I have ever had to do. He started telling me that I wasn't fit for the job, that I was unqualified. I told him that I was qualified, I've been doing engineering for as long as I can remember. He explained that he only takes men for the job. He said women aren't strong enough to be doing some of the things he wants from his employees. I walked out from the room and pulled the door hard, and as the door slammed, I knew that I deserved better than this place.
